Test Instructions
No one escapes a certain amount of damage in life. It builds up through many small blows or a few big ones. Even the bravest soldier can take only so much physical trauma before his or her abilities are compromised. The same is true of emotional damage.
Carefully read the statements in the test. Take a moment to let down your guard and consider how you feel about each area. (You may feel anger, fear or something else.) Does it bother you a little or a lot?
As shown in the example below, you will chose your approximate level of discomfort between 6 and 0:
O 6 - HIGHLY DISTRESSFUL
O 5
O 4
O Moderately distressful
O 2
O 1
O 0 - No discomfort / complete peace
O N - This did not happen to me.
